Villa Tresna is a beautiful spacious villa located in the heart of Seminyak. Just a short stroll to the sunsets and beach but also close to popular restaurants, chic boutiques, spas, galleries and the famous Seminyak night life. Total privacy and tranquility is created within the walled compound and lush tropical landscaped gardens allowing guests to relax and take in the ambience of their new home. Traditional Balinese materials, including ironwood shingles for the roof, creamy white palimanan stone and white terrazzo, blend with the bengkirai and teak wood harmoniously and elegantly. The tastefully furnished main building and two guest houses are set on 650 sqm of land and centre around the 50 sqm pool and jacuzzi. A large gazebo with daybed and fan sits at the bottom of the garden and is an ideal place to completely unwind and experience a Balinese massage.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa contains four en-suite bedrooms with the option of using the upstairs TV room as a 5th bedroom. Standing together with four other private villas, the villa provides a good opportunity to accommodate a larger group who could book a few of the villas at once. However villa Tresna is ideally set to serve a family holiday although it is also still affordable as a romantic hideaway for a couple.

Guest house 1, with own terrace faces the swimming pool and garden. King size-bed, air conditioned, fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower, bath tub and wash basin.

Room 4 – Guest House 2

Guest house 2, with own terrace faces the swimming pool and garden. Two single beds, air conditioned, fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower, bath tub and wash basin.

Living Room

Main building, downstairs, overlooking pool and garden. The living area is also equipped with LCD TV with international TV channels and a DVD/CD player. There is ample seating with comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy the villa together.

Dining Space

Main building, downstairs, overlooking pool and garden. The dining space is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living space. The elegant dining table and chairs in front of another water feature make a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Kitchen

Main building, downstairs, overlooking pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with stylish stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, all cutlery, dining/china ware and water cooler dispenser with complimentary refills.
